Our training is not limited to athletes alone! We are also taking a limited number of adult clients. Based on your lifestyle and goals, we will craft a plan that will help you along your fitness journey. Sessions are available for one-on-one and small group personal training.

Athlete Group Training
Specialized training for athletes looking to enhance their performance. Open to any athlete in any sport. Includes strength, speed, agility, endurance, and power training.
Team Training
Train specifically for your sport alongside your teammates. Isolated group training time to help enhance team bonding and accountability. Coaches will receive consistent player performance and attendance feedback.
One-on-One Training
Completely personalized training offered for serious athletes and adults looking for a holistic and effective approach to fitness!

Also offer small group training including a personalized program for each person. Get some friends who have a similar schedule and work out together at a fraction of the price!

Ages 13-18+, classes capped at 20 athletes. All sports are welcome! Times may be changed or classes added so stay up to date!

Team Training
We are currently taking on teams for in-person training either at our facility or off-site. Sessions offered for teams are pre-season prep, off-season build, and in-season maintenance. Call or email us for further details on pricing, time slot availability, and desired training duration.

One-on-One and Small Group Training
One-on-One Training is offered for adults and athletes alike, providing a hands-on approach to achieving your fitness or performance goals. Contact us by phone or email for pricing and availability information.

Small Group Training is offered for adults and athletes. Much like one-on-one personal training, small group provides each client with a unique program and personalized fitness plan.
